This PR adds the following PdfOptions:
format: paper format as string. https://www.puppeteersharp.com/api/PuppeteerSharp.PdfOptions.html#PuppeteerSharp_PdfOptions_Format
Format takes priority over width and height values. Defaults to A4 as before. These are default behaviors for PuppeteerSharp PdfOptions.
landscape: paper orientation.
